Our story

Credit Corporation PNG, the leading lender in PNG for almost 45 years, saw an opportunity to better serve our loan customers.

We understood customer needs were not limited to borrowing. So, we set out to offer a broader range of banking services. Our intention: to help customers reach their business and life financial ambitions while building a relationship that they can count on.

 

To gain customer trust and win their banking affection, we knew we had to be different. Better. To ensure we were, we asked customers what they needed from a bank. What was lacking in their current banking relationship and what the best customer experience looked like.

Customers told us that they expect transparency. They don’t want to wait in lines, and they want to interact with us both digitally and personally when needed.

 

So, we built a bank that includes teller-less kiosks for faster transactional services, concierge options for face-to-face experiences, and a safe and secure digital banking infrastructure in which all customers can access their accounts 24/7 with confidence and ease.
