You must deposit a minimum of K5,000 for a fixed amount of time (term). You can choose higher deposit amounts and various terms. Interest rates will be calculated based on these parameters and are fixed at the time of account opening.

If you opened your Transaction account in-branch and did not register for Online banking, you will need to Self Register by taking the following steps:
CreditBank PNG will send a onetime password (OTP) to the mobile number or email address or
WhatsApp you supplied. You will need it to change your Username.
We will send a separate OTP to the mobile number or email address or WhatsApp you supplied. You will need it to change your Password.
Accept the Terms and Conditions and you are ready to bank online and on the mobile app.
If you are already enrolled on Online banking, no additional sign up is required. Once you download the CreditBank PNG app, log in using your Online banking username and password.
If you are not currently registered for Online Banking, sign up through the CreditBank PNG Mobile app or through CreditBank PNG Online banking.

Log into Online Banking, click on the Cards and follow the prompts.
Any banking activities that you can perform on your desktop, or in-branch (excluding paper statements) can be performed on your mobile device.

Log into your Online banking
On the Menu select Card
Go to Create PIN option
Create Your 4 digit PIN
Activate Card
When you make a purchase with a CreditBank PNG Visa Debit card, the money is taken out of your Transaction account. Follow the prompts on the terminal to complete your transaction. You may be asked to enter your PIN or sign for your purchase. Either way, you will not be charged a fee for purchases in PNG.

Accept Terms and Conditions and follow prompts.
Remember, your CreditBank PNG Virtual Visa Debit card is only available on Android devices.
Ensure the merchant accepts Tap to Pay.
Log into your CreditBank PNG mobile app
There is NO ANNUAL OR MONTHLY FEE when using your card in PNG. There is also NO FEE if you use your Debit card to withdraw cash at an ATM within PNG. Transaction fees and ATM fees will apply on usage outside PNG. See Fee schedule
If you think there is an error involving a transaction, such as a purchase you didn't make or an incorrect amount charged to your card, notify us immediately.
Immediately call +675 308 5500 and report your card lost or stolen.
If you believe there is fraud on your card, call +675 308 5500 and report the fraudulent charges. You can log into Online banking and stop your card. You can also visit a branch.
You can come into the branch and collect your new Visa Debit card.
If you have a personalised Visa Debit card a new Visa Debit card will be issued automatically approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the expiration date. You will have to create a new PIN for a new card.
If your card is lost or stolen, you can get a new card immediately by visiting a branch. You will have to recreate or change your PIN.
